The Jugs Baseball hit at home backyard package allows you to have batting practice and perfect your swing in the comfort of your own backyard. The package includes the Jugs PS50™ pitching machine that allows you to set the speed you desire with a digital readout display. With a pitch speed up to 50 MPH, the PS50™ consistently throws perfect strikes, fly balls, and ground balls with the patented always-see-the-ball delivery system. The PS50 comes complete with a 9″ chute for baseball and a 12″ chute for fastpitch and slowpitch softball as well as adjustable legs. That way you see pitches thrown from a realistic point for both sports. The PS50 is the perfect introductory machine for young players. The batting cage frame measures 45’L x 11’W x 11’H and comes with a lite-flite standard protective screen to keep the machine operator safe. The included twisted knotted black polyethylene netting is easily hung on the frame and is designed specifically for baseball and softball use. Knotted nets have a higher overall strength and durability rating making them superior for direct impact sports like baseball and softball. Twisted netting has a higher abrasion resistance than braided, because twisted has less surface area than braided. The polyethylene netting doesn’t absorb water, making it perfect for wet or humid hot climates. No permanent construction is required for the batting cage frame which 2 people can set up in less than 1 hour. The cage quickly dismantles simply unhooking the turnbuckles to lower entire cage to the ground. This package also includes 1 dozen Pearl® baseballs.
